Equipments offers gravity feed metal detection system. This
system is designed to meet the strict demands in all sorts of
production, where bulk drugs, pharmaceuticals, granules and
powders are free flowed through vertical pipeline systems to
monitoring metal impurities. This detector works on the inductive
measuring principle. A high frequency electromagnetic alternating
field is generated. If a metal object passes through the metal
detector, the detector experiences change in the field based
on the magnetic and electrical properties of the metal object.
All types of metals (non-ferrous and stainless steel) are detected.
This system is equipped with high capacity microcontroller for
speed and precision. The detector is provided with a user-friendly,
simple control panel, from which a menu disposition allows the
settings of all parameters and information about compiled data.
The keyboard can be locked with access only by a password. The
memory allows 25 individual programme to be saved. This detector
has a sturdy construction, designed to operate within demanding
industrial environments with high hygiene demands.
For the removal of metal-contaminated matter, the metal detector
is provided with a pneumatic/electrical solenoid valve. Metal
contaminants are rejected by a separation flap reject mechanism.
The detector and its reject valve are fastened to a solid frame.
