Skylab Instruments & Engineering offers ‘LABTOP’ stability test chamber. It is specially designed to conduct stability and shelf-life studies on drugs and drug substances. The cabinet of the chamber is insulated with high density CFC-free polyurethane foam. The interior of the chamber is mirror finish resistant stainless steel (SS-304, 0.8 mm thick). The exterior is white powder coated (1.0 mm thick) MS, and the door has a magnetic door gasket. It is provided with stainless steel utility basket or pull-trays for storage. The cooling is effected by a hermitically sealed compressor of high quality. This stability test chamber is also available in stainless steel.
It has an unique airflow system to ensure even distribution of humidity and temperature. The formed-in-place PUF insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption. It is provided with microcontroller-based PID controller for precise control of temperature and humidity. It is equipped with refrigeration system that has CFC-free compressor and R-134a eco-friendly refrigeration system with time delay.
