Life sciences research is a lengthy, complex and expensive process. And India being blessed with a huge network of necessary infrastructure and knowledge for undertaking R&D through its research institutes and universities, it has the potential to be a global leader in this sector. The private sector in India also shares a vast pool of knowledge and know-how to grow in this sector.
